Ring is a gardening assistant set that takes makes use of plants. How can we cultivate plants better, if there are different plants in the room that thrive under different conditions, each with their own adaptive abilities?
Behind this question was the desire to find a way in which inside air could be naturally purified. People, plants and the environment are linked and mutually dependent in a circulatory system. But the circuit only works when all parts work together. The system does not take on any extra work, but informs users where they are needed. The approach furthers an independent investigation into plants and related findings. Ring offers the user an opportunity to acquire a new understanding of human-plant interaction.
